Kimberly from TravelCom just did the Cabo Hard Rock experience in August 2020, and here is what she wanted to share with you:
It was very easy going through customs both in Cabo and LAX - less than 15 minutes at each airport. Travelers' temperatures are taken at the airport and also at the resort. No COVID testing is required for traveling to Mexico.
Once at the resort, strict social distancing protocols are in place. All employees wear masks and gloves all of the time. Guests are required to wear them in common areas of the hotel, such as lobby, elevators, hallways. Once you arrive at your restaurant table you can take masks off. The same goes for the pool, lounges, gym, and spa.
I felt extremely safe and with resorts throughout Mexico only being allowed to operate at 30% occupancy, the service was amazing and personalized and the staff is so happy to welcome guests back. It was a wonderful experience all around. This week we will be visiting Cancun and Riviera Maya so we will have first-hand experience at those destinations, as well, to better serve you - our VIP customers.
