We walked in for our 40th-anniversary trip and were met with Regina. She was very professional, straightforward, and responsive. We had a great trip to Scotland and Ireland, and she answered all our questions.

So many of my friends wonder why I use a travel agent when I do occasionally go on a big trip. Well -- if you used Travelcom you would understand why. You don't pay them anything and they take care of all the little details that I personally don't have patience or time to research.

They listened to what we wanted and set us up with a great resort at the Seaside Suites at El Dorado in Playa del Carmen. We booked the transit to the resort, and there were no surprises.

Well I don't know what rock I was under, but if you're not using a travel agency (ie Regina) to book your trips, wake-up and smell the coffee!

I have to say that I am very impressed with Travelcom. I was looking for a new vacation spot and after some online shopping the uncertainty continued, that's when I reached out to Kim, not only do I now have a new favorite vacation spot but the pricing on the package was incredible.

Regina and her staff are incredibly talented and quick to respond. Her detailed planning of our two week trip to Italy in September was amazing. She handed us a folder full of vouchers for services all along our two week stay. Hotels, car rentals , drivers picking us up to get to trains or airports. All done - and for an incredible price. She works with your budget, and her expertise comes through when you walk out of your moderately priced hotel and are in the center of Venice, Rome, or the Dolomites! She is a genius. Regina was extremely helpful with the planning of my trip to Ireland. She quickly answered my questions and the trip arrangements were underway. She was very familiar with my destination and the places to visit and where to stay. She also made sure I received any discounts that were available. Finally, Regina arranged the flights and airfare. I had a great experience with Regina and the staff when booking a 5-week tour of hiking the Patagonia glaciers for two weeks, a week on the Amazon on a riverboat, and another week in the Amazon rainforest. Lots of moving parts came together without any worries. She was very punctual with reminders when it came time for final payment, added excursions, etc. Would definitely recommend TravelCom.

Fabulous service! And I'm no easy client, I always have lots of questions and concerns, but Regina and Alana took me under their wing and took care of ALL the many details! I had chosen a rather 'off the beaten path' resort on a small island in Fiji, and Regina dug in and did all the homework to confirm that this place was legit (Likuliku on Malolo Island, fantastic). Alana went above and beyond, securing our air and accommodating changes as I requested them. I am so relieved to now have an agent that I can not only trust but rely on to help guide me on my many travels! Can't wait for them to book our next trip! Highly recommend!!
